Incorrect orders
Any orders errors will be refunded or exchanged free of all charges

Damaged or defective goods
If your item is damaged during transit, or if you receive a defective item you can return it within 14 days of receipt and either get a replacement or full refund.

Claims for damages or incorrect orders must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods.
