The Pump: Design and engineering improvements on all Maximus models mean that the range has evolved into one of the most reliable and cost effective water garden pumps available. The ‘wrap around’ filter housing greatly reduces the need to clean the pump, which creates less demand on the motor, leading to greater electrical efficiency and reduced running costs. The Maximus has a long life, state-of-the-art ceramic shaft with high-performance bearings that enables the pump to run continuously in extreme environments. The pumps have a low centre of gravity, which combined with a ‘full grip’ carrying handle and 10m cable, makes for easy installation and access.
